The Shuttle Tracker application allows users to track the real-time locations of the campus shuttle buses at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, thanks to crowdsourced location data. With its improved accuracy, users will never miss their shuttle again.

One of the standout features of Shuttle Tracker is its ability to augment GPS data with crowdsourced location information. This means that even buses without GPS hardware can be tracked accurately.

The Shuttle Tracker Network is another feature that sets this app apart. By connecting your phone with Shuttle Tracker Node, a custom bus-tracking device, users can enjoy a completely seamless and transparent experience. The app even activates Board Bus automatically in the background, eliminating the need to take your phone out of your pocket.

In addition to real-time tracking, Shuttle Tracker also offers timely announcements within the app. These updates include information about schedule changes, ensuring that users stay informed.

To make accessing Shuttle Tracker even more convenient, the app offers an App Clip feature. Simply scan an App Clip Code at a shuttle stop or launch relevant Siri Suggestions from your Home Screen to quickly access the app.

Shuttle Tracker is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices, providing a universal experience for users across platforms.

Note: For optimal performance, it is recommended that iOS/iPadOS 15 and 16 users update to the latest version of iOS/iPadOS. Shuttle Tracker works best on iOS/iPadOS 17 and newer versions.
